2.5K : 30 - 45 mins
5K : 1 - 1.5 hours
10K : 2 - 2.5 hours

We encourage walkers to arrive around 10am so they have time to register, collect T-shirts, take part in the warm-up and listen to the speeches before the walk commences at 11am.

After you register you will be sent an email with a printable sponsorship attached. Sponsorship can also be paid directly onto our Just Giving page, where the option of Gift Aid can be added.

We need volunteers to help both before the event and on the day. Hop over to our Get Involved page where you can see lots of ways you can help and how to contact us.

Every 45 minutes, one man dies from prostate cancer — more than 12,000 lives lost each year.

Over 64,000 men are diagnosed every year, that’s 175 men every single day.

Prostate cancer is actually the most common cancer in men.

1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.
